Are you trying to get over a problem that's been in your way for a while now?
Are you experiencing sudden difficulty in an area of your life?
Are you in pain and finding that "conventional" medicine can only offer you painkillers with all their inherent side-effects?
Perhaps you're fed up with repeating a behaviour that you just can't seem to control.
Are past events holding you back in some way?
Are you having problems with anxiety or panic attacks? Low on self-confidence?
Do you have a fear or phobia that you want to get over? A habit you want to kick?
There are many reasons why we need help from time to time and those listed above are just a few of them.
Whatever you want to achieve, there is a relatively new healing technique whose reputation for effective relief is rapidly spreading across the world. It's called EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques. I believe it to be the most powerful, versatile and easy to learn self-help tool yet devised. It's particularly effective because it gets to the cause of the problem and eradicates it, usually permanently. Its application is so vast that its limits have not yet been found. It's even been found to be helpful with serious diseases. Every day, therapists all over the world are finding new ways to apply this marvellous technique.

Not convinced? That's OK, you don't have to believe in the process for it to work and while I have great faith in the power of belief, the fact that I have seen EFT be equally effective on sceptics adds further credibility to the technique. See the For the Sceptic page for more information.
Help Yourself
One of the many great things about EFT is that it is essentially a self-help tool. You can learn the technique and many people have changed their lives by applying EFT to themselves. There are links on the left hand side of this page to the world centre for EFT where you can download the EFT manual for yourself, watch an introductory video or read hundreds of case studies submitted by therapists and the general public alike.
How I can Help You
So why would you need to work with an EFT practitioner if you can use the technique on yourself?
There are many reasons why it can be easier to work with someone else. It may be that the particular problem seems too big for you to deal with. You may not know how or where to start. Maybe you need a view from someone on the outside of the problem. Sometimes working with someone else can be the difference. Perhaps you have made a certain amount of progress but can't get any further. There may be hidden issues blocking the path to success. A skilled EFT practitioner will identify them and help to clear the way.
Many of my clients now routinely use EFT in their lives and are achieving impressive results.
So whatever it is you wish to achieve, EFT is definitely an option worth considering. It may just change your life!
